By using our website, browsing our products, or placing an order with ASAFPOPRITKIN, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy, which explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and order issue requests are reviewed and handled.
Our products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means each poster, framed poster, or wall art product is produced specifically for your order after purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong product option, accidental orders, or change-of-mind purchases.
1. Eligible Issues
You may submit a return or refund request if your order has one of the following issues:

Framed poster arrived broken

Print quality issue

Color or artwork printing error

2. Claim Deadline
All claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Requests submitted after these deadlines may not be accepted.
3. How to Submit a Request

4. Review Process
After you submit the form, we will review your claim based on your order details, issue description, and uploaded photos.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
5. Non-Refundable Reasons
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Wrong size selected by the customer

Wrong frame color selected by the customer

Accidental orders

Customer no longer wants the product

Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings
Because our products are made to order, they cannot be restocked or resold.
6. Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address.
If the order is returned due to a wrong address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not claimed and is returned to the fulfillment facility, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Unclaimed returned packages may not always be available for reshipping or refund.
8. Refunds
After you submit your request, we will review your order details, issue description, and uploaded photos. We will notify you once your request has been reviewed and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@asafpopritkin.com.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a confirmed production, fulfillment, or shipping error.
9. Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has entered production.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production has started.
